Just minutes from Albany, Columbia Tae Kwon Do is conveniently located at the corner of 370 Columbia Turnpike (Routes 9 &20) and Worthman Lane, adjacent to the Hess Gas Station.

From Albany, Glenmont, Delmar & Rensselaer:
Take I-787 to Rensselaer. Exit to East Greenbush over the Dunn Memorial Bridge.  As the bridge ramp turns into Routes 9 & 20, continue on for exactly 2.4 miles, or through 6 traffic lights from the end of the bridge. Pass the CSC plaza on the left. The school’s driveway is located on the right, just before the Hess Gas Station

From Schodack, Nassau, Castleton:
Take 9 & 20 Northwest Towards Albany. Continue for 0.9 miles past the junction of Route 4 and Routes 9 & 20.  The school is located on the left, past Price Chopper Plaza, directly after the Hess Gas station

From Troy, North Greenbush, Averill Park, Wynatskill, and West Sand Lake.:
Take Route 4, heading toward East Greenbush. When Route 4 ends, turn right onto Routes 9 & 20, heading toward Albany. Continue through one traffic light.  The school is located on the left, past Price Chopper Plaza, directly after the Hess Gas station

From I-90:
Take I-90 to Exit 9.  Turn onto Route 4, heading toward East Greenbush. When Route 4 ends, turn right onto Routes 9 & 20, heading toward Albany. Continue through one traffic light. The school is located on the left, past Price Chopper Plaza, directly after the Hess Gas station
